Development Strategy of Citizen Participation in creating Healthy City through governance based on Life -Centered Public Administration (LCPA) : Case of Glocal Healthy City Institute(GHCI) in Korea Authors Moosung Cho Abstract Background: Life- Centered Public Administration (LCPA) is a field of social science that focuses on improving the quality of life of citizens.
